On July 24, 2PM member Nichkhun was caught driving under the influence and crashing into another vehicle. His blood alcohol content at that time was 0.056%.

It is not important as to whether or not he drank two cans or two bottles of beer. What matters is that his blood alcohol content at that time was 0.056%. People are criticizing the entertainment company in that he did not drink only that much beer. A person's blood alcohol content should be over 0.1% to cancel their license and over 0.05% to suspend a license.

The police announced that if the victim has a minor injury, he will be let off with a license suspension, a fine and insurance to cover the rest.

Nichkhun's short statement, 'I'm Sorry' to be Rude?
